The 125,000 SF, six-story High Peaks Resort was transformed from a monolithic contemporary hotel into an Adirondack-styled resort and retail center with a new facade reflecting the surrounding community.
The project included the Dancing Bear Restaurant with a multi-level party deck, open bar, fire pits, lounge furniture, and views of Mirror Lake. Its 300-foot retail facade was subdivided into seven individual shops with distinct Adirondack identities.
